Mindful Meditation and Playful Photography for a Happier and More Creative Workplace
Elevate your workplace’s well-being, positivity, and creativity through the power of mindful meditation and playful photography.
Our unique and transformative workshop, designed specifically for the workplace, offers a refreshing approach to enhancing team well-being, fostering creativity, and promoting a sense of fun.
Participants can use their smartphone and all levels are welcome.
Mindful Meditation
Participants will be introduced to two powerful mindfulness meditations. These meditations are carefully selected to promote happiness and cultivate a sense of serenity, providing invaluable tools for cultivating a more creative workplace.
Indoor or Outdoor Options
Our workshop can be conducted indoors or outdoors, depending on your team’s preference and the available facilities. Whether in a cozy indoor setting or amid the natural beauty of the outdoors, the workshop experience remains equally enriching.
The World is Our Playground
During our 2-4 hour Mindful Photography Workshops the world around us will become a playground where people, colours, shapes and forms are opportunities in constant motion.
Practical Photo Assignment: Connecting with Others
Participants will be invited by groups of two to ask a passerby or shopkeeper for their photo and be… rejected. The group with the most rejection wins.
If they accept, they will be invited to take their portrait. But if they refuse, participants will have to ask “why” prompting a conversation.
The idea is to challenge our assumptions about people and improve our soft skills.
“The camera is an instrument that teaches people how to see without a camera.”
― Dorothea Lange
Change Perspectives
Our photography assignments are an opportunity to consider different solutions and methods for reaching our desired outcome.
Practical Photo Assignment: Sub-Framing: the Art of Seeing
Sub-framing is a composition technique in which you frame an object or subject in your image with the lines within your scene.
It’s a fantastic assignment to find new patterns around us and develop our problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
“Pierre is a wonderful teacher. His style and technique teaches you a lot more about life in addition to the beautiful art of photography.” – Parth
Have Fun
By the end of our photography workshop your staff/customer will have learned invaluable skills while having fun.
